How to make a Credit claim
For our Trade customers only, we facilitate credit claims online using a ticketing system. Please get in contact using the credit claim form to the right. Before you fill out these details, please ensure you have a copy of your original Cartnote or Delivery Docket as well as your Customer Order Number. Please read the credit claim information carefully before lodging the form.
Expected time-frame
You will receive a 'ticket number' and email acknowledgment that the claim has been lodged within a few minutes of submitting the online form.
