How to make a claim
If you have an issue with one of our products, we want to hear about it. Please get in contact using the warranty claim form to the right. Before you fill out these details, please ensure you have a copy of your original purchase receipt or handover document. Please read the Warranty Claim Information carefully before lodging the form.
We will contact you within two business days after we receive your warranty claim online form and purchase receipt or handover document. You will receive a 'ticket number' and email acknowledgment that the claim has been lodged within a few minutes of submitting the online form.
